Instructions for making My Square Book

Instructions for making a mini My Book of Squares book.

materials required:
three pieces of paper, printer, scissors and stapler

1. Print book cover and cut out along outside lines.
The line in the middle is the fold line -DO NOT CUT ON FOLD LINE- (This is your book cover)
2. Print page set 1 turn the paper over and print page set 2 on the back of same page.
(This is your first set of inside pages)
3. Print page set 3 turn the paper over and print page set 4 on the back of same page.
(This is your second set of inside pages)
4. Cut inside page sets along outside border. The center line is the fold line. DO NOT CUT ON FOLD LINE.
5. Collate page sets as follows:
page 1 and blank face down so page 2 and certificate are showing (face up)
on top of this put
page 3 & 14 face down so page 4 & 13 are showing (face up)
on top of this put
page 5 & 12 face down so page 6 & 11 are showing (face up)
on top of this put
page 7 & 10 face down so page 8 & 9 are showing (face up)
6. Fold this stack of pages along the fold line.
7. Fold the book cover along the fold line.
8. Center the collated pages inside the cover, turn over so cover is face up, keep flat and staple along the fold line. You want the head of the staple showing on the outside fold line.
