I am having trouble opening some of the free worksheets. Any suggestions?
We have tested all materials on a PC and some on a Mac. We are busy converting all worksheets to .pdf files which will require you to have Acrobat Reader version 6 or higher to access the worksheets. You may download the most current version of Acrobat Reader here. If you have recently downloaded Acrobat version 6 you may need to restart your computer, refresh the page you were looking at and try to download again.

I have encountered an error or problem with a worksheet, how can I tell you about it?
Should you discover an error, alignment problem, or wish to comment about a particular worksheet, please use our contact form to tell us about the issue and include the exact name or the URL of the worksheet in question. We will take a closer look and if we encounter the same issues we will correct it immediately. We have made most of our worksheets available in .pdf format in an effort to eliminate alignment/presentation problems presented by web based printing.

Is a donation required before I view or print a worksheet?
No donation is required for you to view or print any worksheet from this site. If you find our worksheets useful and you would like to support this site, we will certainly appreciate it.

I contacted you via your website contact form and have not received a reply. Why?
We will reply to any reasonable inquiry submitted to us. The most common reason that our reply is not received is due to the use of spam filters at home and especially in the academic world. If you contact us, please ensure that you can receive mail from tlsbooks.com. You may also wish to check in your deleted/spam folder for our reply. We cannot take time to request permission from your mail host that you receive our e-mail.

May I save the free worksheets to my computer and/or to an online file storage system (i.e. Google Drive, Microsoft Skydrive, Dropbox, etc.) to use at a later date?
No, you may not save free worksheets in any electronic format but you are welcome to come back anytime and print the worksheets you need directly from our website.

I am a teacher in a public or private institution. May I give copies of your free worksheets to my students?
Yes, feel free to use printed copies of our worksheets to enhance your curriculum. Please ensure all copyright information is intact on any worksheets that you distribute to your students or use in your classroom. You may not publish or post our worksheets elsewhere. You only have permission to physically distribute a printed copy of these worksheets to the students in your classroom only.

I am the webmaster for our school website. May I post your materials to share with our students and parents?
No, you may not post any of our copyrighted materials to a website. You may place links to our grade level pages if you like. We strongly recommend that you do not link to individual worksheets since the name may change in the future and you will then have a dead link.
